Refund policy

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at tutologyedu@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Students have no entitlement to share or circulate the study material distributed to them for registering for the course to a third party.
  • In case found that students are sharing their login ID and password with a third party, either party shall be taken into consideration and all be blacklisted from attending the classes.
  • The use of our services provided thereto is solely for your personal and educational use and not for your commercial use.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable. Exceptionsfailhe case-where Tutology fails to deliver the said number of classes and study material.
  • The website’s content is for your general use and understanding only. It should not be reproduced regarding any beneficiary acts with regards to personal use subject
  • The content of the website is subject to change as per changing policies. Your sole responsibility as a customer is to keep a check on new updates.
